Welcome!
Supporting Families Holistically from Pregnancy to Postpartum & Beyond
My Approach
At Holistic Mama Sleep, my mission is to help parents feel deeply confident and connected as they support their child’s sleep—without traditional sleep training.
As a holistic and attachment-focused sleep specialist, I look at the whole picture: development, nervous system regulation, environment, nutrition, and the parent-child relationship. My goal is to empower parents to trust that they truly are the expert on their baby. There is so much noise around what we “should” be doing, but I believe your intuition is one of your most powerful tools.
I don’t use sleep training in any form. Instead, I focus on helping families understand what biologically normal infant and toddler sleep looks like, why certain patterns exist, and how to gently shift them while supporting emotion and preserving attachment.
I don’t believe in “bad habits”—only patterns that may no longer be working for your family. When changes are needed, I work alongside parents to create realistic, aligned plans that support both rest and connection. Every plan is rooted in developmentally appropriate expectations, emotional attunement, and respect for the parent-child bond.
Together, we uncover the “why” behind sleep challenges, honor your child’s need for closeness, and create rhythms that bring more rest, balance, and confidence to your home.
Even on your toughest days, you are still the exact right parent for your baby.
I’ve seen firsthand how often parents are met with judgment and conflicting advice. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share how you really feel and what you truly want for your family—without fear or shame.
I love encouraging parents to do what feels right for them, because there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting or sleep. Every family’s story, values, and circumstances are unique, and honoring that individuality is essential to finding what works.
With a background in mental health, I’m deeply passionate about supporting both parent and child well-being. When we nurture the mental and emotional health of the parent, we strengthen the foundation for secure attachment and better sleep for the whole family.

“Children are not meant to work for love. They are meant to rest in someone’s care so that they can play and grow; this is why relationships matter.”
